If you are hurting and feel that your problems will never end, tell yourself to be strong and courageous. Repeat that phrase to yourself until you start to feel a change.

Courage is a powerful thought that builds and shapes your life towards positive thinking, peace and success. It strengthens the mind and  makes you stronger. It does not let you give up.

Even if you do, it eventually makes you stand up once again. Courage. The powerful creative current of thought asserts that woes do end, issues do get settled. Courage asserts that there is no cloud without a silver lining, no tear that cannot be wiped dry, no illness that cannot be healed, no grief that cannot be transformed to joy, no discord that cannot be converted into harmony.

So, throw away your sorrow and  fear like a tattered, old rag.  Give your heart strength by keeping your mind quiet. Your fearful thoughts can shake your heart. So stop thinking. Give your heart not words but breath. Do breathing exercises daily.

- Close your left nostril. Breathe in and out 10 times through your right nostril.
- Close your right nostril. Breathe in and out 10 times through your left nostril.
- Breathe in and breathe out through your right nostril, 10 times.

Breathe in and breathe out through your left nostril, 10 times

- Breathe in through your left and alternatively, 10 times

Deep breathing/deliberate breathing is an act of leadership that you demonstrate over your emotions. This begins to calm your nerves and can make you calm and happy.

Do not waste your breath by making it short, agitated and rapid by thinking, speaking or dwelling on hurtful, sorrowful thoughts. With each passing day, you must silently fix your attention on all that is beautiful,  all that is good, on the subtle signs of the presence of the divine around you, and think as little as possible about the negative.

It is when we lose a sense of the beautiful that we lose our creative current of thought and become fearful of limitations. To think creatively, for example, we must never obsessively expect a reward for our actions. Then, we become free and focused as our limitations and limits are dissolved.

Develop a creative attitude. Don’t say “Oh no!” Ask yourself how you can be creative.
Accept there is always another way of looking at life — an equally right way.

Focus on others’ happiness. If you are hurt by another person’s act, try and see the positive side to the situation and derive happiness from that.

Get rid of negative thoughts and take pleasure in that because you no more have to carry the burden of your ego and bend under its demands.

- Elevate yourself from despair and move on to hope with the help of a series of deep breaths. Exhale while saying, “Goodbye unhappiness.” Inhale saying, “Welcome hope!”
n Develop a forgiving attitude towards yourself and others. Everybody, including you, is doing the best they can.

- Show kindness towards unkind people. They need it more than you.

Start believing in your abilities. You can compare, calculate, analyse, memorise,  react, start something new and invent. So, say “Courage” and let strength and well-being pour into your heart.
