Labourer dragged for two km for refusing to work in MP village

The incident occured yesterday at village Tinsua in Raisen district.The farmers identified as Meharban Singh Lodhi and Karan Singh Lodhi got infuriated when the labourer identified as Karan refused to cut the standing crop following which they tied him with a motorcycle and dragged for nearly two km, police said.

Later, Karan's relatives reached the village and managed his release. Karan was later admitted to the Begumganj government hospital for treatment.On a complaint filed by the victim, a case has been registered against four persons including Karan Singh, Meherban Singh, Dharamraj and Tikamchand, police said adding further investigations were on
