The district administration is planning to organise the programme in district police parade ground. Vehicles which will get the beneficiaries to the venue from various places will be parked at St Joseph’s school, FMC College maidan, in front of ITI, Gandhi Maidan and RMC Maidan. Chief Minister will arrive in helicopter from Bangalore and will land at helipad at Golf maidan. If the Election Commission announces zilla panchayat and taluk panchayat elections by November 15, then CM’s programme will be cancelled. The Election Commission is likely to announce the ZP and TP election either on November 16 or 18.
