In the aftermath of the defeat, during which the team was dismissed for 21 -- the lowest in Ranji history, middle-order batsman Yadav along with Anirudh Singh, Anoop Pai and allrounder MP Arjun have been axed from the side which will take on Jharkhand on Wednesday.

The quartet has been replaced by U-22 cricketers Parth Jhala, B Sandeep, GH Vihari and Baseer.

Head coach and former India spinner Venkatapathy Raju, and batting coach Vivek Jaisimha, put in their papers during an emergency meeting of the Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA) yesterday.

Former Ranji captain MV Sridhar, who is also a member of the HCA's Cricket Development Committee, will replace Raju for Hyderabad's next three matches, sources said.
Hyderabad lost the game by an innings and 256 runs, with Rajasthan's debutant medium-pacer Deepak Chahar grabbing 8 for 10 in the first innings.

The 18-year-old went on to add another four in the second innings of the game.
Hyderabad's Under-19 coach Kanwaljit Singh also resigned from his post after the team's four successive defeats. He has been replaced by Vijay Mohanraj, a former batsman.
