V Prabhu Dev, Director, Surana College PG Centre, in his address spoke about contemporary leadership and the qualities required for a challenging leader. He said creativity, vision, speed and excellence in execution are important for a leader. Quest for excellence and a hunger for more were the essentials of a leader, according to Prabhu. “Good organisations became possible because of good leadership,” added Prabhu.
