Disgraced ex-Haryana DGP SPS Rathore got a reprieve on Thursday with the Supreme Court granting him bail and the CBI deciding to close three fresh cases against him.
However, the court said he would not leave the country without the prior permission of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandigarh.
Rathore has completed six months of his 18-month sentence given by a lower court. Ruchika’s father has vowed to take the fight for justice to its logical end.
