Yeddyurappa threatens to reveal 'everything' on denotification

“Also, I would reveal all cases of denotification in the past ten years, in front of the people of the State,” said Yeddyurappa before distributing bonds and sarees to the entitled children and their mothers respectively, under the Bhagyalakshmi Scheme in Chikmagalur on Sunday.

Distribution of sarees will continue for the next 18 years. Even the children who are entitled to bonds under the Scheme shall be given clothes in the future, he added.

People in the State are intelligent and shall give a befitting reply to the Opposition parties, who are unable to bear the development programmes initiated by the BJP government, observed an  Chief Minister.

Elections to the Taluk, Zilla Panchayats shall be completed within December. The Congress leaders who have been accusing the BJP government of meteing out injustice to candidates from backward classes, with respect to reservation in the elections, are now commending the return of the ordinance by the Governor, condemned Yeddyurappa.

In order to address woes of the people, the Deputy Commissioners have already been directed to cut their unnecessary trips to the State capital and instead focus on their work at their respective districts. Also, they have been told to reduce the number of meetings, said the Chief Minister.

‘Remove Yeddyurappa’

JD(S) leader H D Kumaraswamy has urged the BJP high command to immediately remove Yeddyurappa from the Chief Minister’s post in the wake of his involvement in the alleged land scams.

He said he will soon meet the BJP leaders in Delhi and hand over all documents pertaining to the alleged involvement of Yeddyurappa in land scams.
