The British PM has claimed that he had travelled to London for the big occasion in 1981 with brother Alex, sister Tania and pals. They had arrived at 10 am to secure a close-up view, and later camped out on the spot with sleeping bags and flasks of strong tea, The Sun reported.

The first-in-line to the British throne and Princess Diana got married on July 29, 1981. The wedding, which was held at St Paul’s Cathedral, was televised and watched by a global audience of over 750 million people.
