Katta's son serves notice on Lokayukta DySP

He complained in his notice that though the High Court has stayed further investigations, Lokayukta officers have ignored the orders.

The Lokayukta police had registered two separate criminal cases against Katta Jagadish about allegedly bribing an important witness and cheating farmers in compensation disbursal. Radhamani was the additional investigation officer in the case.

Katta Jagadish has sought Radhamani’s answer within a week. The Lokayukta Santosh Hegde confirmed Jagadish’s notice and said the Lokayukta need not reply to him directly. “We will answer suitably in the court,” he said.
