Injured Bhutia in Chennai

Bhutia and defender Samir Naik will be treated by Kannan Pugazhendi, who had worked with the Indian football team in the past. They are expected to rejoin the team next week.
Kannan told PTI that he will treat Bhaichung for a calf muscle strain and the Indian captain will be fit to resume play soon.

“Bhaichung will be treated for muscular tendonitis. It’s a minor problem and he should be all right soon and start playing. He will be with me for five-six days,” Kannan said from Chennai.
