"A mini-bus was heading to Khanshin district Friday afternoon when it hit a landmine, triggering a blast and leaving 15 commuters dead and four others injured," Daud Ahmadi, spokesman for the provincial administration, said Saturday.
He accused the Taliban militants of planting the mine in a bid to destabilise the province.
