Flight encounters bird-hit at Bhubaneswar airport

The Airbus-320 aircraft with 150 people on board landed safely when the bird hit its front portion and no one was hurt in the incident this afternoon, airline sources said.

All passengers and crew on board were safe, sources said.

After thorough check, the flight took off for its return journey to Bangalore later in the evening, sources said.
