Addressing a press conference Naidu termed the remarks “stupid and ridiculous.” Such irresponsible talk by Congress leaders will embolden and make Pakistan happy, he said.
Naidu then compared those opposing the demand for a joint parliamentary committee probe into the 2G spectrum scam to supporters of Pakistan’s ISI.
The BJP leader wondered how such remarks lacking understanding of ground realities should have come from a politician who ruled Madhya Pradesh for ten years. “It is no wonder that the party was routed in Madhya Pradesh,” Naidu quipped.
