Tired Reddy, Sriramulu off to London

Chief Minister B  S Yeddyurappa, after hectic campaigning across the state, is back to official work. But his colleagues-Health Minister B Sreeramulu and Tourism  Minister Janardhana Reddy-are off to London on a holiday.

The ministers who left from Bangalore on Wednesday, will return on May 10. “After campaigning they were tired. So they are on a short trip,” sources said. Sriramulu had not visited even a single hospital despite reports on suspected Chikungunya cases in the State. The Minister has also not held any meeting to discuss preparedness to handle swine flu, source said. However, before leaving for the foreign jaunt, he briefed his officials to attend to emergencies, sources said.
