The week-long Sampoorn Craft Mela has begun at Chitrakala Parishat. Youngsters flocked in large groups in hope of striking a good bargain and to interact with artisans from all over the country.
Being held as part of the Airtel Bengaluru Habba, the mela showcases a unique blend of craftsmanship and culture.

*Sampoorn Craft Mela and ‘Folk and Tribal Performances’, 11 am onwards at Chitrakala Parishat.
*Bharatanatyam by Priyadarshini Govind, 6.45 pm and Padma Subrahmanyam, 8 pm, Chowdiah Hall.
*‘Dharmasthamba’, a Kannada play by Archana Shyam, 7 pm at Seva Sadan.
