High-profile Aero India international seminar in Bangalore

Defence Minister A K Antony would inaugurate the three-day event with Minister of State for Defence M M Pallam Raju, Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal P V Naik and Scientific Advisor to Defence Minister V K Saraswat delivering the address in the opening ceremony.

It would be followed by the key-note sessions where Vice-Chairman and Managing Director, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, Anand G Mahindra, Boeing India President Dinesh Keskar, Indian Space Research Organisation Chairman K Radhakrishnan, and others are slated to speak.

A packed plenary and technical sessions are scheduled from Tuesday in which senior officials from different parts of the world, including ISRO, EADS, Bharat Electronics Limited, Boeing, among others, would share their thoughts on a variety of topics.

The seminar, with the theme 'Aero & Space Technologies - Success Through Global Cooperation', is organised by the DRDO and Aeronautical Society of India.
