Amidst tight security, he was handed over to the Uttar Pradesh police at Azamgarh railway station. He was then shifted to the divisional jail from where he will be taken to to Pathan Tola in Saraimee.Salem's aunt had passed away a few days back and he had expressed his wish to attend her last rites tomorrow.
