Thanu Dikshit gives first stage performance

Entering the stage after receiving the blessings of Vidyashankara Bharathi seer of Sharadapitha in Avani, Thanu held the audience enraptured with her performance.

Legislator Amaresh, Urban Bank chairman N Rajanna, B V Gopinath and L E Krishnegowda were present among the audience along with Thanu’s parents Sudarshan Dikshit and R V Lakshmi.

Thanu has been learning Bharathanatyam under Vidwan Kolar Ramesh since the age of six years. She is studying in Class Six at the Jnanajyothi School, Mulbagal.

She has also passed the Junior Bharathanatyam examination, conducted by the Karnataka Higher Education Board with a first class.
