They alleged that the block education officer has shifted Class 8 from the school held here causing inconvenience to the students. Besides, the teachers have been shifted from this school. Now, not a single class has been held and no teacher is recruited three months after the school reopened, the villagers alleged. The villagers who had come in more than 10 vehicles blocked the BEO’s vehicle when the latter tried to leave the place when they were staging a protest. They said that they wouldn’t budge an inch unless the BEO visits their village and inspect the school.
They didn’t leave the place till they arranged a private vehicle in which the BEO left for their village.
