<p>The probe is also on against K A Rauf, co-brother of Kunhalikutty, who had recently levelled allegations against the IUML leader and two judges -- K Narayana Kurup and K Thankappan -- the Kerala High Court was informed today.<br /><br />K C Peter, former additional DGP had alleged in a sting operation by a local channel that he had given money to Sunny, son-in-law of Justice Kurup and also to Justice Thankappan to give favourable orders in the case.<br /><br />Advocate General C P Sudhakara Prasad informed the Court that a vigilance enquiry has been initiated against Sunny, son-in-law of Justice Kurup and Rauf.<br /><br />The AG also informed the court that if something comes out in the enquiry regarding the allegation, it would be placed before the chief justice.<br /><br />The submission was made when a PIL by Ettumanoor Navothana Vedi, a social organisation, seeking Central Vigilance enquiry against the two former judges came up before a division bench comprising Chief Justice J Chelemeswar and Justice P R Ramachandra Menon.<br /><br />The bench reserved judgement on the petition.</p>
