JOIN US Tata SCIP is open for women with professional qualification in management/accountancy/law/IT/design or engineering, and 4 years of work experience who have taken minimum of one year or maximum of 8 years break in their career for personal commitments.
The internship for women professionals includes 500 hours of engagement spread over 5-6 months, attractive project fees between 3-4 lakhs, flexi-time, project presentation to Tata team, HR helpline during the programme and work certificate. Tata SCIP was launched in 2008 on Women International Day and had attracted 2,000 resumes, out of which 34 were selected. In 2009, out of 5,000 resumes, 41 participants were selected.
The participants are selected based on availability of the project by Tata companies and fitment of criteria of the participant.
