Eight Indian fishermen apprehended by Pak agency

The Pakistani agency had yesterday apprehended 19 fishermen in the Arabian sea near the international maritime border between the two countries, he said."PMSA later released 11 fishermen, including a 60-year-old man, and took eight others to Karachi," Lodhari said.

The three boats seized by the agency are named Siddhi Vinayak, Bharati Sagar, Kamal Nayan. All these boats belong to members of Porbander Boat Association (PBA).
Last month, PMSA had apprehended 16 Indian fishermen and seized four boats.
According to PBA President Hiralal Siyar, over 200 Indian fishermen are languishing in Pakistani jails, while over 400 boats are in Pakistani custody.
