Road traffic between Mysore and Ooty disrupted


With no let-up in rains in Wayanad district of Kerala, the Kabini reservoir continues to register heavy inflow with 5,283 cusecs recorded this morning, official sources said.
Consequently, the outflow was increased to 59,500 cusecs. The outflow has been hovering around 59,000-65,000 cuses, the sources said.
Following incessant rains in Kodagu, the water level in the KRS reservoir rose by five feet during the last 24 hours ending 0830 hrs today.
The level this morning stood at 109.16 feet, just 13 feet short of the maximum level.
