She had approached the Karnataka High Court challenging the decision of the Special Court which had rejected her plea for a fresh translation of witnesses’ statements.
The statements had been translated from Tamil to English. Justice K N Keshava Narayan gave 10 days to Jayalalithaa to point out the errors in translation and has given another 15 days for such errors to be rectified by the Special Court.
