An embarrassing experience

We don’t know if Priyanka Kothari can actually say that she has never ever been kissed. But she recently had a very embarrassing experience while shooting for the Kiss Mix song in Agyaat. Priyanka and the leading man Nitin were both shooting for the song at Madh Island, where a whole lot of people had gathered to check out the shooting.
Every time the line, I want to kiss you all day and night came, the entire crowd would sing the chorus. Priyanka’s face would go the shade of red, she was so embarrassed by it all. But, well, it just couldn’t be helped. Nitin and Priyanka are both such hotties that such a reaction from the crowd was but natural.

An eventful journey

Watch All The Pretty Horses at 9 pm on HBO on July 21 starring Matt Damon, Penelope Cruz, Henry Thomas and Lucas Black. Adapted from Comac McCarthy’s beloved bestseller, the plot revolves around John Grady and his pal Lacey Rawlins. The two leave their Texas home in search of real cowboy country. Along the way, they pick up a mysterious teenager, who gets John and Lacey into trouble. They manage to ditch him and continue their journey — which takes them to a sprawling hacienda run by a businessman, Don Hector. There, Grady falls for Don Hector’s gorgeous daughter, Alejandra. The two then embark on a secretive but blissful affair. That is, until Grady’s past comes back to haunt him.

A chain of relationships

Bhaskar Bharti airs on July 21 at 9 pm on Sony Entertainment Television. Bharti comes to know from Payal’s fan Neha that the doctor is corrupt and has sabotaged the test. At one point, he did the same with Neha and she lost her job. Payal and Bharti plan a sting operation and manage to trap the doctor. Bharti passes the test. Bhaskar’s mother calls and talks to Payal while Bharti is extremely upset as she unable to talk to her mother.

Discovery Travel and Living presents 1000 Places To See Before You Die on July 21 at 9 pm. Inspired by Patricia Schultz’s best-selling travel book of the same name, the programme serves as an inspirational guide for the impassioned travel set. The series chronicles the journey of a young couple who put their lives on hold to travel the world, utilising the book as their primary guide.
This week, visit Italy which is a stage for the intersection of history, commerce and romance, offering visitors an array of cafes, hotels and shops. The city is famous for its canals and every form of transport is on water.

Welcome to the jungle

Blend together ten of the most pampered celebrities, a treacherous jungle and a handful of nerve-wrecking tasks and voila, the perfect recipe for television’s most exciting reality show is ready to serve. Star World presents I’m a Celebrity Get me Out of Here! starting July 21 at 9 pm.
The programme follows a group of pampered stars who are dropped into the Costa Rican jungle minus their mobile phones and other things and forced to fend for themselves. As the celebrities take part in a series of endurance-testing trials to win luxury items and avoid elimination, cameras will capture their every meltdown and mishap. US viewers will then vote on who will ultimately be crowned King or Queen of the Jungle. The last celebrity standing wins a cash prize for their favourite charity.
The celebrity cast includes brothers Daniel and Stephen Baldwin, Golden Globe nominee Lou Diamond Phillips, retired pro wrestler Torrie Wilson, comedy duo Frangela (Frances Callier and Angela V Shelton) and one-time pro basketball player John Salley. Other cast members found their fame on reality TV, including American Idol finalist Sanjaya Malakar, former Top Model judge Janice Dickinson and The Hills’ stars Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt.
After its first week on air, the show had become the most buzzed-about programme of TV’s summer season. When Montag and Pratt quit the show after just four days in the jungle, then returned to the set asking to be reinstated, it sparked headlines, feature articles and online chatter throughout the US.
I’m a Celebrity premieres on Star World on July 21 at 9 pm. Following its launch, the series will air every Monday and Tuesday at 9 pm.
