Donations to tsunami victims

The donations received will be transferred to the Japanese Red Cross Society (or to the Government of Japan when possible). The Society will transfer the donations to the “Donation Distribution Committee” in the devastated local governments and ensure that the funds reach the victims.

Those who intend to donate could remit their monetary contributions to the following designated bank account of the Embassy of Japan in New Delhi:

Relief money can also be sent directly to the Japanese Red Cross Society.
