Statements on plaints against CM recorded

Two other instances mentioned in the second complaint have already been recorded.

The 23rd Additional City Civil and Session Court and designated Special Lokayukta Court Judge C B Hipparagi recorded the statements lodged by advocate Sirajin Basha.

The complaint states that land had been notified by BDA for the formation of Arkavathy Layout and was subsequently denotified and sold to V Manjunath and K Shivappa. The complaint accuses the two of being henchmen for the Chief Minister.
