Dress Code

Jain University, Centre for Management Studies

Dress code is based on the premise that discipline is more a matter of self-discipline rather than something that is imposed externally. We encourage the students to respect tradition while being perfectly accepting of modernity.

All the teachers on campus make it a point to talk about the why of the matter rather than what.

For example, we completely understand that it is ok for boys to wear earrings but not while on campus. This is because our’s is a business college. We encourage the students to dress accordingly. While we     believe in not being repressive, we also discourage any deliberate attempt at being provocative.
