In a bid to connect with the electorate and the common man, Loksabha member Adagur H Vishwanath has launched his website, nimmavishwanath.com at a programme on Monday.

Dr Nagaraj of Infosys technologies launched the website at a ceremony organised at the Institution of Engineers (IE), Mysore chapter here.

The website brings the views and opinions of Vishwanath on various issues and also intends to interact with the people of the region and hear about their grievances and woes.

“The website has everything that I want to share with my people and voters. It talks about my literary interests and acquaintance with political friends and foes and my personal experience of more than three decades of political career,” MP told reporters. Talking to media persons, he said people of Mysore and Madikeri can interact with him and send their grievances online. I would make sincere efforts to resolve their woes, Vishwanath added.

Expressing happiness about social worker Anna Hazare’s strike paying desired results, he asked the people who supported him to actively take part in the elections.

“A majority of those who supported Anna hail from upper class, who do not vote normally. They must learn to exercise their franchise and elect sincere and honest people to prevent corruption,” the MP opined.
