If there is no acne now, you can use a facial scrub thrice a week. Mix rice powder with curd and apply it on the face. Rub gently on the skin in circular movements. Leave it on for a few minutes and then wash off with plenty of cold water.

- Mix one teaspoon of pure glycerin with 100 ml rose water. Store this in an airtight container in the fridge. Apply it on the face after a cleansing routine.

- You must apply a sunscreen lotion before stepping out. Use a face mask twice or thrice a week. Mix three teaspoons of oats with one teaspoon each of honey, curd and lemon juice or egg white. Apply this on the face, avoiding the lips and the eyes. Wash off after half an hour.

- The skin under the eyes has to be treated differently because it is very thin and delicate. Apply pure almond oil sparingly around the eyes and massage lightly. Leave it on for 15 minutes and wipe with a ball of moist cotton wool. Mix cucumber juice and potato juice in equal quantities. Apply this mixture under the eyes for 20 minutes. Wash off with normal water.

To reduce the chubbiness of your cheeks, I recommend the following facial exercises:

- With the lips pressed together, smile and then suck in your cheeks. Hold it for a count of 10, then relax and repeat 10 times.
- Smile as widely as possible, keeping the lips closed. Wrinkle your nose. Keep this for a count of 5. Relax and repeat.
- Keeping your teeth and lips together, inflate the space under your upper lip for 10 seconds and then move the air to your left cheek, hold it for 10 counts, then to your lower lip for 10 counts and then to the right cheek for 10 counts. Relax and repeat this exercise 5 times.
