Girls engaged in daily chores outside their houses and particularly those going to tuitions in the evening are the victims of this clandestine activity.
The terrace of a saloon shop situated at the entrance of the the second main, serves as a vantage point for the miscreants, the residents have alleged. The house of tahsildar is located on the second main while that of a senior police officer is situated on the next road.
The Deputy Commissioner’s office is at a stone’s throw away from the extension. The residents have urged the authorities to initiate action against the miscreants.
