Stating the real estate market was slowly recovering from the slowdown, Managing Director Irfan Razack said “we are witnessing a good response from our clients. In June and July the market has picked up.”
The group said it is developing around 25 million sq ft across Hyderabad, Chennai and Kochi and that about 80 per cent of it will be used for residential and commercial purposes while the remaining will be used for hospitality and retail. Currently Prestige has 18 projects in Bangalore of which eight are residential and nine commercial.
