The service package was unveiled by IT, BT & ST Principal Secretary Ashok Kumar C Manoli.
Under SyndYuva, customers can operate their accounts 24x7, anywhere, anytime.
The moment a SyndYuva account is opened, a kit comprising value adds like debit card, debit card pin mailer, Internet login ID and password, SMS banking registration, debit card user manual, credit card application and details of bank’s helpline numbers are provided.
According to Syndicate Bank Executive Director R Ramachandran the service will be rolled out across the country in a phased manner.
