Addressing a press meet, he said all the roads in the taluk are in deplorable condition, causing lot of inconvenience to the public. The farmers are forced to run from pillar to post to get RTC as it is not distributed at Nemmadi Kendra for the last 20 days.
When asked about the same, the officials say that owing to the shortage of hallmarks, RTC is not being distributed. MLA K G Bopaiah who should have responded to the woes of the people, has turned a deaf ears, he said.
Injustice
“Injustice is meted out at poor under akrama-sakrama scheme. By giving false promises, officials are involved in looting the people. No development works have been undertaken in the district,” he alleged.
