The inspection team was led by Deputy Mayor S Harish.
He led the team to Chandra Layout, Peenya, Tumkur Road, Mysore Road, Nayandahalli and other places.
The owners of two tractors that were used for dumping debris were also slapped with a fine of Rs 10,000 each. The deputy mayor warned of stringent action against those dumping construction waste recklessly in vacant places.
