JOIN USTarundeep and overnight leader Honey Baisoya were tied at an identical total of 286 and entered the play-off which the former won on the fifth hole with a birdie.
"I am very happy at winning this tournament today. The play off was really thrilling, and honey played in top form, however I did not want to give away any chance and just stuck to the basics and thankfully it resulted in my win today," said Tarundeep.
Honey, however, was awarded the winner's trophy in the under-14 category.
Current Toyota player of the year and Bangalore golfer Trishul Chinappa was declared the second runner's up.
In the boy's U12 category, Secunderbad golfer, Arjun Prasad, was winner. Delhi golfer Arjun Puri was declared the runner's up. Karthik Sharma from Mathura was declared the second runner's up.
In the Boy's Under 10 category, Aadil Bedi from Chandigarh was the winner Faridabad golfer Karan Pratap Singh was awarded the runner's up trophy.Amongst girls in the same age category Tanishka Mohan was declared the winner.
