Speaking to presspersons at airport on Wednesday, he said “it is the duty of the Centre to provide support price for paddy. KPSC irregularities

Yeddyurappa said that the irregularities related to KPSC exam will be probed. After looking at all the documents, action will be initiated against the culprits.

To a query on Siddaramaiah’s warning that Opposition will think of participating in the Assembly session only after Speaker’s resignation, Yeddyurappa said that “it is his decision. I am not responsible for their statement. They are free to take their decision.”  When asked on Kerala government reducing the sales tax on petrol, he said the State government does not have any such proposal. The Union government has caused inconvenience to the commonman by increasing the petrol price by seven times in the last eight months.  Later, the CM proceeded to Venoor to take part in Karnataka representative in Delhi Dhananjay Kumar’s 60th birthday celebrations.
