Responding to complaints by public on the inconvenience caused to people by private bus operators, he wanted the officials to take stern action against them.

The officers concerned will be held responsible in case the public complains to him in next phone -in- programme about the problem, which will signify that the officer has not acted on the issue.

Earlier, a resident of Chamarajanagar Muralikrishna complained to Deputy Commissioner about more than 35 unauthorised private buses operating without obtaining valid permit and negligence of RTO Officials to take action though he and other citizens filed several pleas in this regard.

When residents of Kollegal complained about the delay in distribution of stalls to the selected beneficiaries in the newly constructed vegetable market at Kollegal town, Chief Executive Officer of Zilla Panchayat Gudur Bheemasena promised to distribute the same after discussing the issue with city municipal commissioner of Kollegal City Municipal Council.

He said that he had already inspected the newly constructed vegetable market. Steps will be taken to distribute stalls to street vendors.

When Pre-University student Kavya from Aldur village complained about the lack of opportunities to learn computer application courses, the Deputy Commissioner informed the students to visit the office of Social Welfare Department to have the facilities, programmes that can be taken up by welfare of students.

The department of Social Welfare invites applications from eligible students, persons to train in various computer courses for every six months, and annually.
