<p>The first State-level Judicial Officers Review, to ensure speedy and quality disposal will be held in the City from August 8. It has issued certain guidelines to the officers to chalk out an action plan based on it for this occasion.<br /><br />The two-day event will be attended 800 officers and is an offshoot of the district review meetings. <br /><br />RB Budhihal, Registrar General, High Court, told mediapersons here that the event, a brainchild of Chief Justice P D Dinakaran, will also see the officers prepare an action plan to achieve quality bench marks as per the guidelines issued by the H C. As per the guidelines, cases pending for more than seven years will be disposed of by the end of December, 2009.<br /></p>
