Cuisines have crossed borders and have become part of a global culture, and showcasing this will be ‘Hospitality World’ which will be held from June 23 to 25 at Tripuravasini, Palace Grounds.

From idli to pasta, from chole bature to sushi, from dum biryani to yummy tiramisu, the world of cuisine is growing.

The chefs of Bengaluru will give view of their culinary skills, drawn from global cuisines. There will be cooking demonstrations which will be a veritable feast during the event. The City’s bakeries, will be featured during the ‘Hospitality World’, besides modern bakery and pastry equipment. Experts from the industry will be having brainstorming sessions on how to improve and grow the industry in a healthy manner. ‘Hospitality World 2011’ will feature many special attraction pavilions which will showcase worldwide modus operandi and skills needed in the hospitality sector.

The show is the ideal platform to meet selected buyers and decision-makers who matter from the industry and will also feature ‘Theme Pavilions’ on bakery, kitchen and food service equipment, F&B, hotel design and house-keeping.
