‘Remembering Pancham The Legend’, a musical tribute to R D Burman by a team of musicians from Mumbai who worked with Burman and Hindi Rock band ‘Aurko’,

concert.”

“‘Aurko’, a band which needs no introduction in Bangalore, is joining in the initiative. And their inclusion will bring in a lot of music lovers to the programme”, says Ambrish Das, one of the organisers.

The show, which is happening in the City for the second time, will be anchored by Ankush Chinchankar, a close aide of Burman.

“We have conducted 13  successful shows in Kolkata so far. Last year, we had a
jam-packed event at Palace Grounds, and received  inspiring feedback from the audience. This time also, we request the music lovers in Bangalore to take part in the event to pay their tribute to a legend of Hindi filmi music,” adds Ambrish Das.

The tickets are priced at Rs 700, 500 and 250 per person and the booking has already started.  You can book your tickets online at www.bookmyshow.com. For details, call 39895050, 9986065574.
