“These organisations are offshoots of the banned Students Islamic Movement of India (SIMI). They both are indulging in anti-national activities and are dangerous as far as the security of the nation is concerned,” the resolution stated. Besides, the Committee passed 11 other resolutions seeking the government’s action.
