The villas will cost in the range of Rs 35 lakh to Rs 55 lakh (all inclusive) with all required approvals already sought from authorities like Hosur Town Development Authority.

Vakil is confident that the place will make for a good home for senior citizens. Moreover, provisions of care taking facilities like doctor-on-call, ambulence-on-call, 24/7 nurse care, and movie screenings, transport facilities et al, designed particularly for the old.
Maintenance charges
Vakil Housing Development Corporation Director Mohammed Ali Vakil said the first phase of 300 villa project will be handed over by the end of this year. While the villa and other amenities etc are covered under the price tag for first five years, care taking facilities will cost about Rs 6,500 more per month. “We have already done booking for around 200 villas out of 300, and are confident the remaing 100 will be through by the time of completion,” Vakil said.
