Supposed to be a centre for surrogate mothers where HIV control medicines were also given, Srushti Charitable Trust was a hub of violations, said the deputy mayor.
“The directors did not possess licences to run it. They were also not supposed to publish advertisement for surrogate womb, which is a violation of Indian Medical Council (ICMR) guidelines. Lured by the offer many college girls are deceived,” said Harish.
The deputy mayor stated further that the degree certificate Gurumurthy possessed of Osmania University and other documents are all fake ones.
The Centre also does not have required number of gynaecologists and other doctors as prescribed by the ICMR, he alleged.
