To mark the 50th anniversary, the Bar Council has organised various programmes for the benefit of the legal fraternity in various parts of the State. Chairman of KSBC Jayakumar S Patil said the programme will be inaugurated by President Pratibha Patil on August 6, 2011.
“We have decided to conduct programmes throughout the year at five venues in the State,” he said. Chief Minister D V Sadananda Gowda, Supreme Court Judge Altamas Kabir, Union Minister for Corporate Affairs Veerappa Moily and Chairman of Bar Council of India Ashok K Parija will be present.
