JOIN USHe was speaking to mediapersons in Shikaripur after offering ‘bagina’ to Anjanapura and Ambligola reservoirs on Wednesday.
He refuted the charges made by the Opposition parties against him about irregularities in implementing the Upper Bhadra irrigation project.
“Opposition parties are conspiring against me for political gains. I will not comment on the allegations as they are far from truth. The court will take suitable step. I am not scared at all as I am honest.” At a gathering, he told people of Shikaripur constituency to ignore the media reports on various charges against him.
Exuding confidence over gaining key position in the party, he said: “I have emerged as one of the most influential politicians in the country. According to a survey, Yeddyurappa is the third popular mass leader in the country. I believe the party leaders would not insult me under any circumstances.”
