Constitution of India hasn’t restricted this freedom in any way and it is not wiser or fair enough to do so unless the dress promotes indecency in public life or socially denigrating,” the letter said. <br /><br />She said that she is yet to get reply from National Advisory Committee member and is hoping that something positive will come out soon.<br /></p>
