The village has a borewell, public well and water tank. Still the residents depend on the rain water. The borewell is old and worn out. The public well is in deplorable condition. Tank has not seen water. The residents are depending on water near Binnulli bridge which is three kilometres away from the village. The water is supplied in goods rickshaw.

However, during the peak summer, the water-level in river also subsides. Though the issue of drinking water was brought to the notice of the authorities concerned in last April at the Janaspandana programme, nothing has been materialised so far. The water woes have been brought to the notice of elected representatives, Gram Panchayats, the problems has remained the same.
