Stepping into star shoes

Ride with Katrina Kaif on a bike on UTV Stars’ ‘Live My Life’. Born and brought up in Mount Abu, all Pooja ever wanted was to catch one glimpse of her favourite superstar, Katrina Kaif. Not only did she catch that much coveted glimpse, but she also got to live one whole day like Katrina herself.

Pooja shook a leg to the tune of Sheila Ki Jawaani as she walked into the lobby of a five star hotel.  She was later taken to the presidential suite of the hotel, where, awaiting her was an entire section dedicated entirely to Barbie, the brand that Katrina endorses. Pooja was just getting cozy in her plush abode, when she was asked to get ready for a ‘Katrina style’ breakfast with David Dhawan.

David Dhawan gave Pooja interesting trivia on Katrina’s initial days in the Hindi film industry. What more could Pooja have asked for? But more was yet to come. She soon got a chance to meet film director Vipul Shah, who also spoke of Katrina in very high regard. And following this was a hectic session including net cricket at PVR, dance with Bosco, music video shoot with Neha Bhasin and a meeting with Ali Abbas Zafar, the director of Mere Brother Ki
Dulhan.

However, the biggest of surprises was the meeting Katrina herself – not over coffee, not over dinner, but over a bike ride at the lobby of the hotel. Tune in to ‘Live My Life’ on September 11 at 7 pm as young Pooja steps into Katrina’s shoes for one whole day.
