Abhishek injured near eye while shooting, gets six stitches

The actor received six stitches on the injury which will take a few days to heal.
"Abhishek had an accident on a set in Jaipur. He has just flown back... 6 stitches near eye... Is well .. Will take some days to recover," his father Amitabh Bachchan tweeted.

Abhishek was shooting with a rickshaw and fell from it, according to sources. He also received mild injuries on a hand and leg.

The 35-year-old actor was taken to a private hospital from where he left for Mumbai in a plane.

Sources at the Sanganer airport confirmed that Abhishek flew out of the city in a regular afternoon flight.

Director Rohit Shetty has been shooting 'Bol Bachchan', a comedy film co-starring Ajay Devgn and Asin, at different locations in the city for the last few days.
